What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed formal training or education, ideally in a business or commercial field., 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer success, with a track record of driving results., communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a persuasive and consultative sales approach., Fluency in German is a must, Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets., Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies, including AI-powered sales tools, to enhance efficiency and performance.

Experience selling CAD software, SaaS solutions, or other technical products in the manufacturing or design industry., Knowledge of digital sales strategies, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

This role will focus on driving new business, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting innovative CAD solutions that empower manufacturers and design professionals.
