What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences or other relevant degree, At least 2 years of selling experience in the medical device industry, Fluency in English, Proficient with Microsoft Office and other systems applications in data processing, Ability to build and maintain customer relationship, Result-oriented, problem-solving, team-oriented, and good communication skills, Availability to travel within the area of responsibility with frequent travel to other national/international locations as needed
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the medical device market (preferably Electrophysiology), Knowledge of the Electrophysiology market, Knowledge of the most important stakeholders in Electrophysiology market in Tuscany region is a plus
What You'll Do.
Maintain and develop CAS business with existing and new customers in line with the Italy Business Manager and business strategies in your defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets
Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
Increase penetration in existing accounts

We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible to maintain and develop CAS business with existing and new customers in line with the Italy Business Manager and business strategies in your defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market.
