The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping healthcare professionals enhance patient outcomes. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within your assigned territory * Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators * Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients * Market Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs * Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers, showcasing the advantages of our offerings * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts * Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to management. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field * Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in medical sales or a similar role * Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to travel
