Must Have
Acknowledge education and degree in relevant field/discipline required such as Nursing (OR, ICU, Cath. lab), Biomedical Science/Engineering or equivalent qualification, 4+ years of experience in relevant field, preferably in Neurovascular, Demonstrated cath. lab experience, Medical device clinical/technical support experience
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute Operating Unit strategy
Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services
and strengthen long-term relationships
Pursue leads and assess customer needs
Identify growth opportunities and collect market data
Provide technical support and product demonstrations
Provide training and education for HCPs
Assist marketing in developing training activities
Provide nursing and/or medical expertise
Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
Develop and execute therapy awareness plans

You'll work with Interventional Neuro Radiologists (INR), Interventional Neurologists (IN), Cath Lab technicians and other hospital personnel to facilitate optimal outcomes. You'll be responsible for collaborating with marketing/product management, working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and building productive internal/external working relationships. In addition to your technical support, you will be responsible for achieving business targets and you will execute various strategies to develop and grow your business and maintain/increase market shares.
