What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an SDRDR specifically within the Staffing industry, Direct placement sales experience is mandatory, Must be located in the US and able to work in the Eastern Timezone, Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo, Exceptional communication skills in English, Experience with lead generation and managing complex email sequences, A resilient mindset with a high tolerance for rejection, Experience refining or polishing sales processes in a maturing business environment, Knowledge of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models

Execute multi-channel sequences
