At least 12 months of field-based sales experience or similar customer-facing role, Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, ideally in primary care or hospital settings, verbal and written communication skills for in-person and virtual engagement, Full state driving license and ability to travel within your territory, including regional travel if required, Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in the Pharmaceutical or broader healthcare sector, Familiarity with interpreting clinical evidence and research studies, Proven ability to plan and deliver territory growth strategies, Comfortable using digital tools for virtual detailing and CRM systems, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
