Sales Recruiting Specialist We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Specialist/Appointment Setter with strong outbound calling experience. This role supports the recruiting team by engaging loan officers, generating interest, and scheduling meetings for the lead recruiter or hiring manager. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume outreach position ideal for someone who thrives in a sales‑driven environment. Responsibilities - Make high‑volume outbound calls to loan officers to introduce opportunities and generate interest. - Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the main recruiter or hiring manager. - Follow a structured outreach script while adapting to candidate responses. - Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM. - Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to optimize outreach strategies and meet weekly activity targets. Qualifications - 2+ years of outbound dialing experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or a similar role. - Strong sales competencies, including objection handling, lead qualification, and persuasive communication. - Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and minimal accent. - Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision‑making over the phone. - Experience working with CRMs and managing detailed candidate or lead records. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing a high call volume. - Resilient, proactive, and not discouraged by rejection; able to maintain consistent energy and follow‑through. - Fast learner who can quickly master the outreach pitch and value proposition. - Bachelor's Degree or or comparable work experience in sales and recruiting services **Flexibility to work the night shift (US Eastern time; with a 1-hour break time in between) **Must be located in the Philippines, and open to working remotely **Pay: ₱70,000.00 - ₱80,000.00 per month
