We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. The Project Manager plays a key role in driving the successful deployment of strategic contractor initiatives and mega project activities across EMEA. This position is responsible for supporting sales development throughout both the pre‑sales and execution phases of selected projects. You will lead detailed project planning, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, oversee on‑site installation activities, conduct site surveys and training sessions, and proactively resolve issues. Acting as the central liaison between customers, internal teams, and third‑party contractors, you will ensure the seamless implementation of nVent solutions. **Pre‑Sales Support:** * Review RFQs and complex tender documentation to identify business opportunities. * Coordinate with cross‑brand stakeholders to prepare a unified nVent proposal. * Deliver technical presentations and training for upcoming projects and customer engagements. * Be aware of other potential business opportunities when interacting with customers. * Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to support solution design. **Project Planning & Initiation** * Following contract signature, develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and ownership. * Define project scope and objectives, and lead kickoff meetings with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, logistics) and external contractors. * Ensure all required permits, site access, and compliance requirements are secured in advance. **Resource & Schedule Management** * Coordinate manufacturing and delivery schedules with the supply chain team to align installation timelines. * Schedule and manage field resources, including “certified” installation partners for on‑site electrical work. **On‑Sit
