What You'll Do.
Contribute to the planning and tracking of sales programs (incentives
Participate in cross-functional project management in collaboration with Sales
Assist in creating communication materials and reports for sales teams
Analyze program performance and propose optimization recommendations
Support the logistical coordination of sales events and initiatives (kick-offs
Track KPIs and help maintain dashboards and scorecards
Interact with internal stakeholders to gather data needed for programs
Extract and analyze data from CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools to support sales programs
Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards to track sales team performance
Conduct ad hoc studies and exploratory analyses to identify trends
and areas for improvement
Contribute to data quality and governance by ensuring consistency and reliability of key metrics
Automate data collection and processing workflows to improve operational efficiency
