THE OPPORTUNITY: KPI Strategy, Governance & Performance Optimization Assess and enhance existing KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of performance metrics Proactively identify revenue risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities Analyze structural drivers of high performance and recommend scalable best practices Performance Audit & Controls Conduct regular audits of MBO scorecard submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance Validate supporting documentation and alignment with approved KPI criteria Audit pipeline quality to ensure opportunity accuracy, stage integrity, forecast reliability, and data hygiene Identify inconsistencies, inflation risks, or process gaps and recommend corrective actions Partner with Sales and Management teams to improve accountability and forecast discipline Reporting & Revenue Analytics Standardize, streamline, and automate reporting processes
