What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 2-3 years´s experience with knowledge of order processing and customer service or similar, Hands-on experience of SAP, Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel, Ability to interact with internal stakeholders in issue resolution, Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
Nice to Have
preferably in Pharma, Good business acumen, problem solving, deductive, in S4 Hana preferably, SAP Application Interface framework modules, Previous use of an Optical character recognition solution, Good communication skills, Secondary French language is a plus
What You'll Do.
Capture customer orders accurately and efficiently into ERP
Create order manually in ERP
Review and validate orders in OCR tool
Monitor inbound and outbound customer interfaces
Investigate failed IDOC’s
Keep track of changes in IDOC’s
Request maintenance to IT for master data fields
Execute integration activities within SLA
