What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 1-2 years´s experience in Customer service, Order Management, Customer Contact Management, Order to Cash contract & commercial conditions management or similar, Understand commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, returns and claims policies, Hands-on experience of SAP (R3/S4), Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel, Ability to interact with customers and neighbouring functions in a professional manner, Attentive to customer needs and feedback, Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and processes, Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end to end mindset, Excellent English and Hungarian in written and verbal
Nice to Have
preferably in Pharma, Experience in running services within a Business Services organization, Good business acumen, SAP SD module, Experience with Case management tool, Good communication skills, Other European language is advantageous

For email orders, review order creation in Esker ** _Order validation and acceptance_** : Perform necessary checks based on incompleteness, blocks, reason for rejections. update orders in case necessary ** _Order allocation_** : Automatic quantity allocation to orders based on stock availability, product allocation setup and customer prioritization. Follow customer fulfilment indication in case order allocation needs to be updated. Backorder processing.
