Verificar el cumplimiento de scripts, políticas comerciales y normativas internas en las ventas y servicio al cliente. Detectar errores operativos, malas prácticas y oportunidades de mejora. Analizar reclamos recurrentes, especialmente relacionados con cobros incorrectos y mala experiencia del cliente. Documentar hallazgos y generar reportes de calidad y tendencias. Requisitos: Estudios en administración de empresas Dominio avanzado de Excel Conocimientos básicos SQL y Power BI Conocimientos Específicos: Atención al detalle y pensamiento analítico.
