THE OPPORTUNITY NavVis is on a mission to digitize the physical world — enabling organizations across industries to capture, manage, and share spatial data at scale. As we grow our presence in the Japanese market through our Reseller network, we are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Worldwide Sales Operations team. This is a great entry point into international Sales Operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, help keep our Japan channel running smoothly, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes and tools. If you are a Japanese-speaking student with an interest in business operations and technology, we would love to hear from you. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Japan Reseller Support Serve as a day-to-day communication link between NavVis and our Japan Reseller, helping to relay information, follow up on requests, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Assist in translating or summarizing operational communications between Japanese and English. Help prepare materials and updates for Reseller check-ins and business reviews. Sales Operations Tasks Support the creation and maintenance of quotes for the Japan channel, working from templates and guidelines provided by the team. Help track upcoming contract and subscription renewals to ensure timely follow-up. Maintain and update records in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), keeping data clean and up to date. Assist with order entry and basic order tracking tasks. Reporting Support Help pull together regular reports and update dashboards in Power BI based on existing templates. Support the team with ad hoc data tasks such as data clean-up, list management, and simple analysis.
