Must Have
Proven experience in Sales Operations analytics (Min 3+years), Advanced SQL and Tableau skills, hands-on experience building dashboards and executive management reports, Deep understanding of commercial activities (sales execution, funnel, territory, performance), ability to interpret commercial activities into financial transactions and outcomes, analytical rigor with the ability to influence executive decisions through insights, Advanced Excel proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise financial or reporting systems (e. g. , SAP, Hyperion), Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and commercial data ecosystems, Experience in healthcare, medical device, or procedure-based business models, Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with HQ stakeholders
