Eligibility Requirements

Work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year, Work full-time under a B2B contractor agreement, Have the full legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role, Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, Confidence working with CRM platforms, Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy, An analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration comfortable navigating work that spans Sales, Marketing, and CS, Clear communication and the ability to guide others through process change, A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine excitement about working in a high-growth SaaS environment, Have the full legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency)

Nice to Have

Other languages, HubSpot strongly preferred, Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) thoughtfully and creatively to accelerate and improve your work without sacrificing accuracy, Advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, and/or Google Sheets, Familiar with lead scoring models and process automation tools, A passion for building systems that the people using them actually love

What You'll Do.

Support reporting for stakeholders across Sales

and Customer Experience

Manage lead assignment logic and workflows

Support commercial teams with clean

and up-to-date CRM data

Build and maintain reporting dashboards

Identify inefficiencies in current processes and proposing actionable improvements

Support adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement

Run small RevOps projects and contributing to a scalable commercial operations infrastructure

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with broader Commercial Operations team and commercial teams; Regular collaboration alongside Marketing Ops and CX Ops Partners on initiatives that multiple teams; Partnering with Manager, Operations Partners (Sales, Marketing, CX), and the broader Commercial Ops team on cross-functional initiatives; cross-functional collaboration comfortable navigating work that spans Sales, Marketing, and CS

Communication Scope

Clear communication; ability to guide others through process change

Process & Methodology

Running small RevOps projects, Contributing to a scalable commercial operations infrastructure
