What You'll Do.

Act as a primary administrator of our Sales Tech stack

including CRM systems (Salesforce) sales engagement tools and sales automation platforms.

Troubleshoot system issues and lead implementation of improvements.

Own CRM data governance across the full revenue lifecycle.

Ensure ACV data is accurate

and optimise the licensing record.

CRM Data hygiene and confirming records are correctly populated with all required data and files.

Ensuring lead allocations are correctly allocated

and moved through the lead cycle.

Support with account compliance matching for E2Open.

Review record activity to maintain pipeline funnel.

Support the design and documentation of cross-functional revenue workflows.

Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work and increase sales efficiency and execution.

Manage internal sales documentation like quotes

and customer master data forms.

Where required populate Docusign templates for signature to senior management.

Deliver documentation

training and ongoing support to drive CRM and sales tools for adoption.

Support internal professional development and enablement initiatives.

Assisting with any additional projects/tasks

etc. not limited to existing daily duties.
