Experience or internship exposure in operations, administrative support, or business-related roles, Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools, Exposure to payments, financial services, or SaaS environments
What You'll Do.
Maintain accurate Salesforce data
Update opportunities and related records
Ensuring Salesforce required fields and data points are complete
Support data quality efforts
Identify and correct inconsistencies
Partner with Sales Operations and Salesforce Admin teams
Support Sales teams with merchant application completion
Review merchant application packages for completeness
Identify missing information
Support communication with Underwriting
Learn and apply foundational knowledge
Maintain and update documentation

Team & Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Business Development, Underwriting, and internal support teams; Cross-train with team members; Support communication with Underwriting and internal partners
