We are looking for an S&OP Manager to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process across the North America (NAM) cluster to support commercial objectives by translating business strategy into actionable plans and continuously improving planning accuracy and execution. **About the Job** * Lead the end-to-end S&OP process for the NAM cluster, ensuring a clear and aligned plan across demand, supply, and finance * Drive S&OP and S&OE cycles, enabling structured decision-making and execution follow-up * Analyze demand and supply plans, identifying gaps, risks, and performance deviations * Define and implement mitigation actions to ensure short- and mid-term plan execution * Align planning inputs and timelines with regional and global processes * Oversee assortment planning and inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels * Monitor key performance indicators (forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, inventory) and drive improvements * Contribute insights to optimize availability, working capital, and overall business performance **About you** We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: * 5+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand/supply planning, or related supply chain functions * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Merchandising, or a related field * Strong experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and financial alignment * Hands-on experience managing S&OP/S&OE cycles and driving consensus plan
