What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst roles, Good working proficiency in English (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively with international stakeholders, Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems, analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills, Solid understanding of sales workflows (SDR, BDM, AM), Ability to challenge inconsistencies and enforce process discipline, Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity
What You'll Do.
Own HubSpot end-to-end
Ensure CRM data is clean
Define and maintain CRM rules and data standards
and Account Managers strictly follow CRM processes
Identify and correct: Incorrect data
Inflated or misleading pipeline
Actively challenge inconsistencies and enforce discipline
Keep CRM data aligned with actual sales reality
Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy
Track individual and team sales performance
and slippage in deals or targets
Ensure leadership has a realistic
data-based view of revenue
Analyze Funnel Conversion
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the sales process
actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Support strategic decisions with evidence
Support KPI tracking and commission validation
Ensure data alignment between Sales
and continuously improve sales processes
Support operational scalability as the company grows internationally
