For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of specialized industrial products designed to support infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects. Their product range focuses on high-performance, custom-engineered solutions that enhance safety, durability, and operational efficiency across a variety of commercial and industrial applications. **Role Overview:** We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales & Operations Manager to manage inbound commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth for a company specializing in the manufacture and sale of non-slip coating solutions. This is a client-facing role focused on qualifying leads, managing the sales process, and closing deals while maintaining a structured and organized pipeline. **Key Responsibilities:** You are the end-to-end owner of Commercial Supply & Install (small deals, $2k – $20k AUD). Specifically: **Sales (60% of your time)** * Qualify inbound commercial leads (taking the qualification baton from our Lead Nurturing team) * Conduct discovery calls with commercial buyers (facility managers, property managers, small business owners) * Build quotes in our CRM and present them on online or phone calls with confidence * Handle objections, close deals, on the call * Maintain a struct
