What You'll Do.
Own the administrative side of our sales operations
and GTM teams to drive operational consistency across the full customer lifecycle
Coordinate with legal
security/IT and other teams to provide and complete documentation

Align with Finance to ensure consistency across reporting and official company numbers
Coordinate on invoicing

Full Job Description
As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll support our sales and GTM teams by managing administrative tasks and improving operational efficiency. You'll coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflows and help bring deals to a close. In your day-to-day, you will: * Own the administrative side of our sales operations, supporting our Sales, Customer, and GTM teams to drive operational consistency across the full customer lifecycle * Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, security/IT and other teams to provide and complete documentation, business registrations, and insurance policies required to bring deals to a close, including in-depth technical specs that require gathering inputs from internal engineering and security stakeholders * Align with Finance to ensure consistency across reporting and official company numbers, and coordinate on invoicing, purchase order processing, and any revenue-related documentation tied to active deals * Identify areas of improvement and implement efficient systems and procedures to streamline workflows within the sales and GTM processes.
