What You'll Achieve.
Improve sales operations efficiency for the entire sales organization; Promote optimization and automation of various sales operations for sales organization productivity improvement; Create an environment where sales members can focus on customer support; Drive continuous business improvement; Promote monetization in the inbound domain; Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries from a wide range of customers; Identify needs that can develop into large deals in the future and link them to the appropriate sales team; Maximize lead generation and monetization by creating an environment where customers can smoothly proceed with consideration and implementation using generative AI and marketing automation; Strengthen collaboration with partners; Maintain and expand the existing ecosystem; Contribute to lead generation and sales expansion through the promotion of certified partner activities

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Inside sales or sales administration experience for 3+ years, Communication skills to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, Data-driven improvement activities (experience in improvement activities based on usage data, etc.), Experience in finding the optimal landing point through persistent dialogue with stakeholders in complex problem and requirement organization situations, Experience in utilizing generative AI in business to promote automation and efficiency of business processes
Nice to Have
Corporate sales experience, Experience in creating product explanation materials and customer proposal materials, Experience in partner sales or partner support, Experience using Salesforce, Experience developing internal business applications using generative AI
