Fluent in English and German, 5+ years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry, Ability to draw insights across multiple complex data sets and incorporate into decision making, Demonstrated analytical skills, Attention to detail, Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, Communication skills, Organization skills, Project management skills, Interpersonal skills, Ability to set priorities and juggle several tasks within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a positive attitude

Drive revenue and margin for assigned accounts
Monitor business trends and operational performance
Interpret data and suggest action plans
Communicate business issues and actions
Become a resource on customer needs
Pull weekly business reporting documents
Coordinate and track sales performance
Formulate future shipment plan
Work with customer demand planning teams
Input forecast in SFO
Update Data Governance new additions
Update price lists to SFO
Conduct weekly meetings with customers
Coordinate customers' domestic/import orders
Partner on trade spend management
Input promotional plans into forecasting system
Coordinate and build customer presentations
Build monthly business reviews
Build weekly flash reports
Build monthly consensus deck
Develop working knowledge of kitchen and floor care business
Provide monthly financial update
Conduct deep dive analysis
Generate actionable insight
