The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations and administration functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes, manage data, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth. Sales Operations: * Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows. * Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency. * Administer and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce). * Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales platforms. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue performance. * Analyze trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions. * Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to support accurate revenue projections. * Collaborate with finance and Growth leadership on annual and quarterly planning. * Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align goals and initiatives.
