What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience, Salesforce expert, Analytical and data-driven, Process-obsessed, Cross-functional communicator, Startup-ready, Experienced with GTM tooling, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Nice to Have

Experience at a Series A–C company building RevOps from scratch, Prior exposure to financial services, banking, or fintech sales motions, Experience managing or mentoring junior Ops team members

What You'll Do.

Own the full RevOps function

and workflow automation across Salesforce and HubSpot

Build and maintain forecasting models

and executive-level reporting that give leadership a clear

real-time view of the business

Design and optimize lead routing

sales stage definitions

and handoff processes between BDR

Partner with Finance on revenue planning

and commission structure design and administration

Lead GTM tool evaluation

and adoption (Outreach

Serve as the single source of truth for revenue data

and accessibility across teams

Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks that slow deals

reduce forecast accuracy

or create friction in the sales cycle

Own Deal Desk operations

manage quote-to-close hygiene

and pricing governance to keep deals moving cleanly

Build the Sales Ops function from the ground up

with the opportunity to grow and lead a team as we scale

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

partner directly with sales leadership; work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS; partner directly with sales leadership and have visibility across the entire revenue org
