The incumbent will ensure that sales teams are equipped with the right tools, processes, and insights to deliver sustainable growth. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Sales Planning & Forecasting** * Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning cycles * Develop and track sales forecasts in collaboration with regional/area sales teams * Monitor demand vs. supply alignment to minimize stock-outs and overstocking **2\. Performance Management & Reporting** * Design and manage sales dashboards (primary & secondary sales, coverage, productivity) * Track KPIs: target achievement, territory performance, pipeline health * Provide actionable insights to Sales Director and leadership teams **3\.
