Essential Job Duties As a Sales Operations Manager at BambooHR, your primary focus will be on enhancing our partner motion, which includes resellers, brokers, strategic, and referral partners. You will ensure that our partner managers and sales teams are fully equipped and empowered to maximize revenue and drive profitable sales through these partnerships. Acting as a trusted operational partner to the assigned selling teams, you will concentrate on optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness by providing strategic consultation, project management, and tactical support. In this role, you will spearhead multiple strategic initiatives related to our partner ecosystem, collaborating with various GTM leaders across departments. You will also address tactical needs, ensuring seamless integration and support for our partner strategies. As an individual contributor, you will excel both independently and as part of a sales operations team. You will: Work within our established Sales Operations team to achieve optimal results. Partner with assigned partner managers, selling teams, and sales leadership to recommend, prioritize, and manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives. Diagnose root causes of sales system inefficiencies and ineffectiveness, and then scope and deliver solutions that enable greater partnership motion.
