Hi, we’re AMBOSS and we’re searching for a Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business. About AMBOSS AMBOSS is the copilot for medical professionals, empowering them to provide the best possible care through our learning and clinical decision support tool. Our team brings together care, innovative thinking, and cutting-edge AI medical technology. Our founders launched AMBOSS in 2011 with the goal of creating a tool they wished they had during medical school and clinical practice. Since then, we've grown to over 600 employees and are active in over 180 countries - primarily in Germany and the US. Our offices are located in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari. This position is responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize sales performance and productivity. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, analytical and project management skills, and a passion for optimization. YOU WILL: - Analyze & Optimize Processes: Continuously evaluate existing sales workflows, mapping out bottlenecks using data-driven insights to design and execute high-impact process improvements. - Drive Data & Analytics: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making. - CRM & Systems Optimization: Partner closely with our HubSpot team to translate business and process requirements into technical workflows, automated sequences, and custom properties. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, local Market teams, Finance, and Legal to ensure proper capturing of the business requirements and system and process alignment.
