What You'll Achieve.
Ensuring Salesforce data is clean, actionable, and ready for success; Support the successful implementation of a data management system within healthcare clinics; Ensure implementation readiness for a diabetes data management system; Support commercial team adoption and enablement; Manage workload; Monitor data quality; Support commercial activities

Identify and remediate duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data; Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies; Monitor data trends and recurring issues
Applicants must be located within commuting distance of our Acton, MA or San Diego, CA office locations, Requires on-site work from an Insulet office
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of administrative and /or operational experience
Nice to Have
Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, Previous knowledge of Diabetes management, Experience working with Salesforce. com and analytical tools, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce dashboards (Classic and/or Lightning)

Maintain accurate Salesforce records
Execute data governance processes
Identify process gaps or inefficiencies
Recommend improvements to workflows
Document new or updated processes
Validate data and resolve data-related issues
Respond to data-related questions
Support cross-functional initiatives
Track and report progress on data activities
Monitor data trends and recurring issues
Leverage Salesforce dashboards and reports

Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, and other cross-functional teams; Support cross-functional initiatives that require coordinated data review, cleanup, or analysis
