Develop and implement scalable solutions for compensation administration, reporting, and analytics across global teams. Manage complex program implementations across multiple stakeholder groups including Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Tech teams. Design and execute change management strategies for new compensation plans and operational processes. Create and maintain program governance frameworks ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize compensation operations, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy. Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline compensation processes and reporting.
