What You'll Do.
Serve as CRM owner and administrator
Manage CRM configuration
Develop dashboards and reporting for team activity and

Serve as liaison between Growth leadership and CRM

About the Role The Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Strategic Growth Department. This individual is responsible for driving accountability, CRM ownership, reporting, performance analytics, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and operational excellence across the recruiting and expansion organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. They will work closely with executive leadership to ensure the Growth team operates efficiently, follows process, leverages technology effectively, and has the data necessary to make informed decisions. Responsibilities CRM Ownership & Administration Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Growth Department CRM. Manage all CRM configuration, user setup, permissions, workflows, automations, and system enhancements. Monitor CRM adoption, compliance, and data integrity across the department. Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into team activity and performance. Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and automation. Create and maintain CRM training materials, SOPs, and best practices.
