Full Job Description
Job Purpose: As a Sales Operations Executive, you will support and enable revenue teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently through planning and analysis. You will also be an excellent coordinator with exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Track sales funnels and operational business drivers to provide regular insights into the business. * Responsible for sales leads management processes for direct sales channels by ensuring the quality of leads and the assignment process, and exploring new ways of generating leads. * Ensure the sustainability of Dubizzle EG payment channels, and explore new payment channels. * Manage couriers by handling daily shipments, invoicing and tracking the pipeline of old shipments. * Responsible for self-serve management, including daily figures reporting, monthly closing and finance closing. * Responsible for account management tasks, including topping up B2C and self-serve accounts with a balance on a daily basis. * Provide monthly reporting on revenue and sales figures, in addition to keeping an eye on paying clients' performance, including acquired clients through sales channels, and users acquired organically online, while owning the accounts management lifecycle. * Support the sales team through operational excellence. * Improve sales productivity by maintaining accurate reporting and managing sales data and tools. * Ensure smooth execution of the sales processes. * Oversee all aspects of the operational activities that vary depending on size, scope, and require flexible management solutions using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. * Contribute to continuous improvement activities & find solutions and alternatives for operational obstacles; * Ensure that CRM applications are updated and have all needed dashboards. * Liaise with CRM product experts to fix/enhance system flows. * Track and enhance the productivity of sales channels. **Requirements** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in a
