This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.   Client Overview Our client is a growing trade show exhibit and display company specializing in turnkey rentals, custom exhibits, and e-commerce display solutions for brands across the United States. They help businesses stand out at events through strong design, seamless execution, and reliable operational support. Role Overview The Sales & Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day coordination of inbound leads, proposals, project timelines, CRM organization, vendor communication, and backend operational tasks across the business. The Sales & Operations Coordinator will work closely with leadership to help keep projects moving, maintain organization inside CRM systems, support inbound lead follow-up, and assist with ongoing website and operational updates. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities across sales support, operations, project coordination, and administrative functions. This is a full-time role with strong potential to grow into a larger operations-focused position over time. Location Fully Remote | 9AM - 5PM PST Key Responsibilities Sales Support & CRM Coordination - Prepare quotes and proposals using provided templates and direction. - Update and manage deals, contacts, and pipelines inside HubSpot. - Assist with inbound lead follow-up and communication. - Maintain accurate and organized CRM data. - Pull relevant examples, images, and case studies for proposals. - Assist with organizing and importing lead lists from trade shows and inbound inquiries.
