Manage customer account data

Monitor backorder reports
Release backordered items
Invoice backordered items
Communicate with internal groups
Communicate with partners
Communicate with vendors
Communicate with customers
Liaise between Sales and stakeholders
Send order confirmations
Send tracking information
Resolve order-related issues
Resolve order discrepancies
Identify process gaps
Enhance customer satisfaction
Provide stock level updates
Provide shipment status updates
