Must Have

Bachelor’s degree, Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or commissions, Experience supporting channel go-to-market programs, working with point-of-sale (POS) data, Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, data analysis, written and verbal communication skills, Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Serve as frontline support for Sales organization

Resolve issues related to Salesforce

Investigate and resolve commission disputes

Analyze discrepancies

Review data across multiple systems

Execute commission adjustments and corrections

Maintain process documentation
