This role combines technical expertise in data analysis and visualization with business acumen to deliver actionable strategies that support organizational goals. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze sales and operational data from CRM and BI tools. Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline health, revenue growth, and forecast accuracy. Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities. Maintain a deep understanding of business processes, systems, and data to support decision-making. Create and deliver materials for business reviews and executive presentations. Provide guidance and support for implementing new processes and systems. Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration. Participate in project planning and manage ad hoc initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Skills & Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence.
