What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role with a focus on pipeline generation and go-to-market support, Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM with a understanding of lead and contact management, Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning), Experience with prospecting and enrichment tools, Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.), Analytical skills with the ability to pull reports, identify trends, and translate data into clear recommendations, Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with our stack is a plus: Nooks, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong

Build and manage targeted prospect lists
Own top-of-funnel CRM hygiene
Manage lead routing and handoff workflows
Analyze top-of-funnel and pipeline conversion metrics
Support SDR and AE teams with sales enablement needs
Partner with marketing for campaign attribution
Manage and optimize the sales tech stack
