What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related GTM roles, Proficiency with Salesforce, Proficiency with HubSpot, Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets), Proficiency with ChiliPiper (or similar booking/routing software), Proficiency with Outreach (or similar sequences softwares)
Nice to Have
SaaS experience strongly preferred, Experience or familiarity with SQL, Experience or familiarity with Snowflake, Experience or familiarity with Looker
What You'll Do.
Maintain data accuracy across systems
Support opportunity lifecycle management
QA inbound and outbound activity tracking
Own sales tools and enable sales team
Assist with Salesforce reporting
Support onboarding and activation workflow
Maintain accurate subscription
Partner with CSMs to troubleshoot data issues
Help develop and monitor key health indicators
Build and maintain dashboards
Assist in weekly revenue reporting
Pull ad-hoc data for decisions
Document and maintain operational processes
Identify friction points in workflows
Recommend scalable solutions
Support rollouts of new tools
