What You'll Do.
Maintain and update mapping templates for all matrix suppliers
Execute matrix pricing uploads
Oversee the daily communication of the BOX Support inbox
Serve as the primary point of contact for user access issues
Oversee daily matrix pricing import
Communicate with development when file mapping changes are needed or import errors occur
Support ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in pricing operations and user management workflows and recommending solutions
