This is a global Sales Operations Analyst role supporting stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. The role focuses on advanced analytics, data engineering fundamentals, automation, and AI-driven sales operations excellence. Responsibilities: * Design, create, and manage SQL tables, schemas, and structured datasets to support scalable analytics. * Write advanced SQL queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) and optimise performance for large datasets. * Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel for global sales insights. * Build and automate workflows using Power Apps and Power Platform. * Partner with global stakeholders to standardise reporting, planning, and sales operations processes. * Drive data integrity and governance across CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics). * Support global forecasting, territory planning, and quota analysis. * Identify opportunities to automate BAU tasks using AI and low-code solutions.
