What We Need We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help scale the systems, processes, and insights that power Yieldmo’s global revenue organization. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution—driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. You will help transform data into actionable insights, optimize revenue workflows, and strengthen the infrastructure that enables smarter decision-making and sustainable growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to leverage AI and automation to improve how teams work and make decisions. What You Can Expect In This Role Sales Strategy MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Hiring Process Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to: A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager. Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership. Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.
