What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in sales ops, finance, commercial, or analyst roles, numerical and analytical skills (comfortable with pricing, costs, margins), Highly organised, Confident working with Excel / Google Sheets, attention to detail with a commercial mindset, Able to work across teams and communicate clearly
Nice to Have
Exposure to bids, tenders, or contract pricing, Experience with project accounting or financial modelling, Background in technology, SaaS, or infrastructure environments

Support the development of pricing models and commercial proposals
Help structure and manage bids
Work closely with sales
and delivery teams on project costing and accounting
Track and analyse commercial performance across projects and accounts
Bring consistency and structure to sales processes
Help ensure deals are commercially sound and financially viable
