POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Operations Analyst supports the field sales team and leadership by assisting with sales analytics, forecasting, territory planning, compensation modeling, sales incentive program support , and quota management. This role delivers actionable insights by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs, while providing ad hoc analysis to drive strategic decisions across sales, product management, and talent acquisition functions. The analyst reviews sales data to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, enabling the sales team to achieve growth objectives.
