If you think you would be the right person to join our team working towards this goal, we would love to hear from you! ## What You'll Do Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend scalable improvements Design and document sales workflows, SOPs, and operational best practices Maintain data integrity and governance within CRM and sales systems Manage the functionality of existing sales tools, and the evaluation and implementation of new tools to improve effectiveness of the sales organization Work with Procurement and other stakeholders to manage the contract renewals of tools in our tech stack Manage the monthly commission statement review process and ad-hoc commission and sales incentive activities Complete the monthly commission audit Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to expedite deal closure Collaborate with Sales Coordinators in supporting testing activities for changes released into production environments Liaise with Business Systems in logging change requests, backlog prioritization, syste
