Must Have

Proven experience in sales operations or analytics supporting sales teams, Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce tools, problem solving and analytical skills, stakeholder management skills with experience of tailoring communications for a diverse audience at different levels including Executive levels

Support daily operations

Prioritise and resolve issues

Champion sales enablement

Maintain data accuracy

Support rollout of new processes

Identify opportunities to automate

Partner to implement automation strategies

Assist in managing pricing governance

Support internal royalty audits

Deliver accurate and timely reporting

Contribute to development of dashboards

Support ad hoc analysis requests

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Supporting UK&I commercial teams; Reporting to the Global Operations & Analytics Manager; Partner with the Global Operations Manager; Support ad hoc analysis requests from Sales, Finance, and Product teams; stakeholder management skills with experience of tailoring communications for a diverse audience at different levels including Executive levels
