Must Have

Proven experience in sales operations or analytics supporting sales teams, problem solving and analytical skills, stakeholder management skills with experience of tailoring communications for a diverse audience at different levels including Executive levels

What You'll Do.

Support daily operations across sales support

and CRM troubleshooting.

Prioritise and resolve issues efficiently

ensuring minimal disruption to sales activities.

Champion sales enablement through process optimisation

and adoption of tools.

Maintain data accuracy and consistency in Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms.

Support rollout of new processes and ensure documentation and communication are clear and up to date.

Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational workflows

leveraging AI tools to enhance forecasting

and reporting capabilities.

Partner with the Global Operations Manager to implement scalable automation strategies.

Assist in managing pricing governance

including validation of discount requests and adherence to commercial policies.

Support internal royalty audits and help identify training gaps or process improvements.

Deliver accurate and timely reporting across sales performance

and billing discrepancies.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Support ad hoc analysis requests from Sales

Partner with the Global Operations Manager to implement scalable automation strategies.; Support ad hoc analysis requests from Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
