Must Have

2–4 years in sales ops, revenue ops, biz ops, financial analysis, or a quantitative/technical adjacent role, Experience supporting a planning process such as quota setting, capacity modeling, or territory design, A quantitative mindset: comfortable with complex, messy datasets and able to communicate what they mean for the business, Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel or Google Sheets skills, Operational discipline: someone who takes accuracy seriously and follows through on the details, Curiosity about AI and automation and how emerging tools apply to GTM problems, Clear communication across both technical and executive audiences

Nice to Have

Exposure to multi-vertical or multi-segment GTM environments — enterprise and government sales motions, SQL or experience with data querying and analysis, Experience with workflow automation tools (Salesforce Flow, Zapier, Make, or AI-native RevOps tools), BI tool experience, Salesforce Admin certification or progress toward it
