Must Have

3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role at a SaaS or B2B company., Salesforce administrator-level expertise, including advanced reporting, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and process/flow automation., proficiency in data analysis tools: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) strongly preferred., Demonstrated experience owning a sales forecasting process and producing predictive and trend analyses for senior leadership., Working knowledge of CPQ platforms, marketing automation tools (e. g. , Marketo, HubSpot), and integrations across the sales tech stack., Experience designing and governing sales processes—lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and pipeline hygiene—at scale., Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a track record of partnering across Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership., Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a strategic role in driving operational excellence and enabling revenue growth. This position goes beyond reporting—you will influence decision-making by providing deep insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the scalability of our sales systems. You’ll partner with senior leadership across Sales, Finance, and Marketing to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
