Must Have
Excellent written and spoken English language skills, Previous customer service or telesales experience, Focused on revenue and can up-sell to our prospective members, Target driven, Comfortable with constant change and switching of priorities, Love to troubleshoot and have a member first mentality, Able to articulate the onboarding requirements depending on the nature of the business efficiently and within a limited time frame, Team player and can complete ad-hoc tasks to help the KYC Analyst Team on occasions, Incredibly self-motivated and conscientious, wanting to make a real difference to the business, Ability to be able to listen, learn and adapt to feedback
Nice to Have
Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and associated regulations, Previous experience working with a Fintech or digital bank, Experience of using Zendesk or similar and Predictive (or power) dialer
What You'll Do.
Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential members who have expressed an interest in joining Tide
Guiding prospects over the phone to complete their signup
Offering complementary tools and services
Walking potential members through the signup process
Answering prospect questions
Using persuasion skills to convert prospects into full-fledged Tide Members
Working with the KYC team to ensure members have provided all correct documentation
Troubleshooting any issues that come their way
Supporting the team on specific projects by speaking to members who have recorded an interest in a Tide product and securing the sale
Getting to know prospective members and how they plan to operate their business to suggest relevant Tide Products
Coaching prospective members through the setup process
Giving 5-star service to welcome new members
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the KYC team to ensure that the members have provided all the correct documentation; Support the team on specific projects; Help the KYC Analyst Team on occasions
Communication Scope
